S.T.E.P Program

Jim Shorkey Auto Group S.T.E.P Program

One of the biggest components of our service departments is our S.T.E.P. Program! We want our techs to have top-notch skills, so we offer the exact tools of knowledge they need to succeed. You can enter our S.T.E.P. program with little-to-no skills in the field and learn everything you need to be a top-performing technician in one of our 16 locations.

Our amazing techs are the perfect people to teach you the trade, which is why you will have a mentor from our team throughout your time in the program, to show you the field. Learning in a high-paced dealership environment will teach you exactly what it’s like to work with a team and your customers. After completing the S.T.E.P. program, you will move right into one of our service departments at our 16 locations!

Benefits

By joining our S.T.E.P. Program, you will now have proper technician training and the right tools you’ll need for all your projects! This program is a paid training where you’ll receive a tool allowance, which is up to $5,000 worth of tools to get your career started!
